This video links the prehistoric traces of humans in nature to the myth of humankind's destruction. Birds speak of the fragile balance between culture and nature. Primitive figures, evocative of Inca petroglyphs in Peru, emerge from Chantal duPont's paintings to come to life in a real site. In flight, the eagle frees humanity, only to become their prisoner. From an inferno consuming the birds emerges a human form that has become stone and an archaeological sign. (Vithèque; our translation)
